Obituary printed in the Wilsonville Review January 1 1964:

Lovetta Fan (Burt) Mourey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pembrook Burt was born December 24, 1899 in Furnas County, Nebraska and departed this life at Oxford General Hospital, Oxford December 30, at the age of 64 years and six days.
On January 1, 1925 she was united in marriage to John H. Mourey in Akron, Colorado. The early part of their married life was spent in Colorado, later coming to Nebraska and for the past 14 years Oxford had been their home. Her faith was demonstrated by the life she lived and she made and appreciated many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her husband, John; four sisters: Mrs. Lou Dillan, Mrs. Daisy Colling, both of Wilsonville: Mrs. Pearl Mattice of Twin Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Vella Harrington of Springdale, Arkansas, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were conducted at Mitchell Funeral Home, Oxford, January 2, 1964, with Rev. Walter Bailey officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. Ruth Hellner, M. Marilyn Benjamin with Mrs. Beulah Fish at the organ. Pallbearers were Don Geiselman, Alva Clarine, Elmer Pfeiffer, Leon Johnson, Dale Gibb and Walt Varwig. Interment was in Oxford Cemetery.
