Harry Leroy Fleming was the son of James & Elizabeth Loughery Fleming.

Funeral services for Harry L. Fleming, 87, of 1511 S. Virginia, who died Monday at a Mason City Hospital, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Major Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Keith L. Scott of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call until time of services at Major-Erickson Funeral Home. The family suggests that any memorials be sent to Wesley United Methodist Church.
Mr. Fleming, who moved to Mason City in 1917, worked as a general contractor in the plaster and cement mason business until his retirement in 1968. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church and the Operative Plasters and Cement Masons.
He is survived by his wife, Sadie; two daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Jeanne E.) Anderson, Overland Park, Kansas, and Mrs. C.W. (Letitia) Thelen, Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Gerald L. and Harlan J., both of Phoenix, Ariz.; five sisters, Mrs. Charles (Jene) Zimmerman, Dumont; Mynn Fleming, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Jack (Belle) Weston, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. William (Francis) Bender, Iowa City; and Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Gould, Staples, Minn.; a brother, Joseph, Los Angeles, Calif.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
