Married 1) Arthur Kenneth Ewing. Together they were the parents of Walter Everett "Pete" Ewing, Gladys (Ewing) Chaney Murphy Purvis, Meda Clorece "Tiny" (Ewing) Bassinger, and Lona Dee (Ewing) Graham. Arthur Kenneth died in 1911.

Married 2) widower John Wallace Trimble, who brought to the marriage daughter Elsie Lenora Trimble. Together Wallace and Pearl were the parents of Juanita Trimble, Homer Gerald Trimble, Raymond Hughlan Trimble, Frances Janece "Frankie" (Trimble) Hudson, and Margie (Trimble) Gable Blanchard.
