Pine Knoll Shores - Edna Hatchell Livesay, 82, of Pine Knoll Shores, N.C., died Tuesday, Oct. 28 at Craven Regional Medical Center, New Bern, N.C. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home Chapel. A private entombment will be held at Good Shepherd Mausoleum at Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Livesay was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Richard Furman Hatchell and Lucia Mae Gue Hatchell. She was a member of the Bogue Banks Baptist Church, Atlantic Beach, N.C. She was the widow of Henry Morris Livesay. Survivors include a daughter Adrienne Barnes of Cape Carteret, N.C.; Nancy Livesay of Jupiter, Fla.; sisters, Doris Hildebrand, Orangeburg, Edith Rogers of North Augusta; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
