Funeral services for Mrs. Alcena Livingston, 97, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, at the Stevinson Funeral Home Chapel, Iberia.
The Rev. Jerry Walls will officiate. Burial will be in the Livingston Cemetery near Iberia.
Mrs. Livingston died Monday at the home of her daughter in Sun City, Calif. She had been a resident of Iberia until the death of her husband in 1948.
She was born Nov. 8, 1970, the daughter of John R. and Sarah Watkins Bond. On Feb. 28, 1892 she was married to Joseph B. Livingston, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include: One son, W. Ross Livingston, Iowa City, Iowa; two daughters, Mrs. Francis Janzow, Sun City, Calif., and Mrs. Evelyn Hofer, Gaylord, Kan.
Three sisters, Mrs. Lou Eads, Iberia, Miss Emma Bond, Eureka, Calif., Mrs. W.F. Thompson, St. Louis; four grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Mrs. Livingston was a member of the Iberia First Baptist Church.
