Dr.John Hartwell Marable, II, was the son of Dr. John Hartwell Marable I, and Ann Jones Watson Marable. He was first married to Mary Jordan, Feb 23, 1842 and after her death, he was married Nov. 13, 1844 in Montgomery County, TN to Evelina Helen Hutchison Smith Marable. He owned a plantation in the community called "Rose Hill" in Corbandale, TN. His grave cannot be located. He died of pneumonia.
