PRINCEVILLE -- Ruby E. Donath, 90, formerly of Princeville, died at 4:16 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, 1999, at Toulon Health Care Center, where she lived for the past five years.

Born April 18, 1908, in Marshall County to Henry and Louisa Finck Bornsheuer, she married Leo C. Donath on Dec. 3, 1928, in Peoria. He died Jan. 18, 1980, in Peoria.

One son, James, one grandson, five brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Harold "Larry" of Sherrard and Richard of Mackinaw; one daughter, Mrs. William (Sally) Barrett of Princeville; 12 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville. The Rev. Ron Dickinson will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the C.J. Donath Scholarship Fund in care of the State Bank of Toulon.
