Married Marguerite Andersen on September 25, 1946, marriage later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
Graduated from Logan High School and attended Utah State University. He was a tank commander in the 14th Armored Division in the European Theater in World War II from 1942 to 1945.
Owned and operated a service station and garage in Logan, Utah at Main and Center Streets. Member of the Logan Jr. Chamber of Commerce. He was a High Priest in the LDS Church.
Survived by his wife; two sons and two daughters, Paul J. Larsen, Layton; Robert G. Larsen, Roy, Utah; Kristine Force, Elko, Nev. and De Ann Shuchmack, Portland, Oregon; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers and two sisters, J. Le Mar Larsen, Logan; Reed M. Larsen, Bountiful, Utah; Blanche Andrus and Lilly Dale De Mille, both of Logan.
Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 1995 in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park & Mausoleum, 3401 South Highland Drive. Directors, Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
