Our beloved mother and grandmother "Nan" passed away on June 12, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 11, 1917 in Hyrum, UT to Hans P. Andersen and Anita Nielsen Andersen.
She graduated from South Cache High School and attended Utah State University.
She married Joseph A. Puspoki Dec. 2 1942. He was a member of a B-17 aircrew, and was killed in action June 22, 1944 in World War II.
Marguerite married A. Glenn Larsen September 25, 1946. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and held several positions in the Relief Society. She worked for J.C. Penny in Logan and Salt Lake City. An excellent seamstress, she had won several awards at state fairs for her sewing skills and taught many girls the joy of sewing. Marguerite loved to garden, her flowers were always the finishing accent around and in her home. Her fresh vegetables were enjoyed by all at the Sunday dinner table.
Marguerite is survived by her children Paul (Susan) Larsen, Layton, Bob (Lori) Larsen, Roy; Krisa (Jim) Force, Elko, Nevada. Her grandchildren: Xanthe (Larry Cantarella), Aaron (Glady) Larsen, Chamonix (Stefan Wilson), Amber (Greg Vaught) and Ryan Larsen, and six great grandsons; brothers, Loren Andersen, LewMar Andersen and Larry (LuDean) Andersen.
Niche side services will be 3 pm Thursday, June 14, at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Mausoleum), 3401 Highland Dr., Salt Lake City. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a chosen charity in Marguerite's name.
