Dottie Dotson Parker, age 90, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday, Sept. 17, 2006 at Westwood Health and Rehab in Springdale. Mrs. Parker was born May 9, 1916, in Madison County to the late Aberham and Hannah Hayden Dotson. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, garland T. Parker; a daughter, Shirley Yvonne Parker, and a granddaughter, Marci Parker Hunt.
She is survived by one son, Bill G. Parker and his wife Cynthia of Fayetteville; two granddaughters, Lisa parker Abbott of Centerton, and Pamela Parker Powell of Elkins; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Beard's Funeral Chapel of Fayetteville, with interment to follow at Ledbetter Cemetery, Ledbetter community.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. today, Sept. 18, at the funeral home.
