Carlos was the son of John Andrew and Stellar Octavie "WIMMIE"(Keen)Clifton. His grandparents were King Andrew and Rhoda(Osborne)Clifton and Oscar "O.H."and Margaret Ellen(Osborne)Keen. Carlos has three brothers--Arnerl Lee Ondus Clifton, Guster Clevenger Clifton and Jerrell Lester Clifton and one half brother Andrew Dolphus Short and six sisters--Love Vada Clifton, Carrie Bell Clifton, Carmie Kmell Clifton, Verdie Irine Clifton, Jean Marie(Clifton)Davis and Delcia Oakley(Clifton)Alderson.
