Price - Sherman Isaac Olsen, 74, died November 28, 1976, in a Price nursing home following a long illness.

He was born November 16, 1902 in Moroni to Isaac C. and Vernie Christensen Olsen.

He married Florence Paulson, she died. He then married Ceila Lee Cheazveaz Miller July 1945 in Nevada. He was a member of the LDS Church. He was a retired coal miner and business man.

Survivors include is wife, sons and daughters; Melvin, Gaylen, Douglas, Kendall, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Cecil (Phyllis) Cox, Ephraim; Mrs. Keith (Doris) Miner, Tooele; Mrs. Linda Nichols, Washington; 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; stepsons and stepdaughters; Gene Miller and Bud Miller, both of Price, Utah; Aline Martin, Helper; Sylvia Stevenson, Columbia, Utah, sisters: Mrs. Naomi Jordan, Mrs. Ella Jordan, and Mrs. Ralph (Ivy) Thomas, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. George (Elsie) Johnson, Nephi; Mrs. Harold (Ruby) Anderson, Greenriver; Mrs. Phil (Moniel) Johansen, Kamas; Mrs. James (Velda Lee) Reid, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Lester (Nida) Neff, Garden Grove, California.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, 10 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Chapel, where friends may call Tuesday, and Wednesday prior. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in the Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi.
