The Rev. William England conducted funeral services at 10:30 Tuesday morning at Eskew Funeral Home for John E. Cowin, 68, of Taylorsville who died Friday at Bartholomew County Hospital emergency room.
Burial was at Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.
Mr. Cowin was born in Shelby County April 28, 1911, the son of Frank and Nora Lee Cowin. He is survived by three sisters, Maxine Robbins of Taylorsville, Goldie Wyatt of Logansport, and Georgia Berry of Columbus.
