Mrs. Ball
Mrs. Mary Agnes Ball, 83, 814 N. Lansing, died Monday, March 24, in the Isabella County Medical Care Facility after a long illness.
She was born Feb. 15, 1886, in Yale, Mich., and moved to the Mt. Pleasant area 80 years ago.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church, Blue Star Mothers, American Legion Auxiliary, Alter Society, Grey Ladies, Women of the Moose and the Auxiliary of the Medical Care Facility.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Marvel Mahoney of Detroit; Mrs. Ismerie Galgoczi, Mt. Pleasant, Mrs. Virgiline Van Ommeran, Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. Lina Ruth Teeter, Clare and Mrs. Glenora Moss, Mt. Pleasant, two sons, Richard Ball of Mt. Pleasant and Edward Ball of Los Angeles, Calif., 25 grandchildren and 65 great-grandchildren.
A son, Thomas J. Ball of Mt. Pleasant, died in 1964.
Rosary services will be held Wednesday, March 26, at 8:30 p.m. at the Stinson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 27, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
