she married W.P. Smith on 12 December 1901 in Eliasville. They ranched near Eliasville all their married life and she remained a rancher after her husband's death. She was a Methodist.

Survivors: two sons - G.F. Smith of Fort Worth and King Smith of Eliasville; two sisters - Mrs. Molly Smith of Albuquerque, NM; Mrs. Ada Kirtley of Graham; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
