Brother Dies in Bozeman
Carl Tucker, 56, brother of Nolan Tucker and Mrs. Florence Cox, Fort Benton, died at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital last week. He was born in 1906 at Decatur, Ind., and came to Montana with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Tucker, who homesteaded in this county in 1914. Carl Tucker attended schools at Belt and Spokane university. He married Ida Kampnar in 1929 in Great Falls, where he operated a motel and shoe repair shop until moving to Bozeman 17 years ago.
Survivors include the wife; a son and two daughters; the brother here and Gail Tucker, Great Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Cox, Mrs. Ina Morrison, Great Falls, and Mrs. Estella Stevens, Salem, Ore.; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 in Bozeman, with burial there.
