Gail Henry Tucker
Gail Henry Tucker, 74, of 605 10th Ave. S., died early Saturday morning in a local hospital.
He was born in Decatur, Indiana, and grew up there, coming to Montana in 1923. He worked as a farmhand in the Fort Benton area before starting work for the Anaconda company here in the early 1940s. He retired in 1967.
Tucker and Ruby Cartwright were married in Choteau in 1933. She survives with his son, James H. Tucker, Eugene, Ore.; daughters, Betty H. Hutchison, White Sulphur Springs, and Shirley Hewitt, Essexville, Mich.; a stepson, Kenneth Gould, Alton, Mo.; 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. in Croxford and Son's Chapel. Burial will be in Manchester Cemetery.
