Mr. Milford E. Hammon, 4724 Dumont Lake, Allegan, formally of Otsego, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 1979. Mr. Hammon was born May 9, 1900, in Trowbridge, and was a resident of this area most of his life. He had been employed at the Mac-Sim-Bar Paper Co. in Otsego for 38 years, retiring in 1962.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William (Betty) Dreger, Otsego, Miss Marleen Hammon of Allegan; 2 sons, Donald of Allegan and Milford Jr. of Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mrs. Clyde Clark of South Haven, Mrs. Russell Bauer of Hastings, Mrs. Kyle Adams of Plainwell; a brother Milton Hammon of Watson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends called at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Rev. B.C. VanEvery officiating. Interment, Mountain Home Cemetery.
