The News-Journal, October 6, 1938 Mrs. Liza Jane Minor died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wise, on Long Branch last Wednesday night after a brief illness. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon, September 30, at the Jericho Baptist Church by Rev. I. K. Wise, assisted by Rev. Brown, pastor of the church.
