Ross Ely, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Jonas Ely of Graham, Texas, was a promising and popular young man. His death was a sad loss to his parents who are left with only one child, a daughter, nearly grown. The Graham school dismissed classes so everyone could attend the services. HIs many friends and family gathered with the school children for his funeral.
