Son of Samuel Benjamin Kuehner and Catherine Meckes.

Archie R. Kuehner and Marjorie Graver (daughter of James Wiliiam Graver and "Ella" Pruella Agnes Klotz) were married 16 Aug 1924 by Rev. H. E. Moyer (Carbon Co. marriage license #16588). They lived in Aquashicola near Palmerton, PA. They were the parents of four children.

Archie became a school teacher in Kresgeville where he taught for a number of years. He then worked at the New Jersey Zinc Co.'s rolling mill in Palmerton. In addition to serving as a school director of the Lower Towamensing Township district, he was also a township auditor. He was superintendent of St. John's Towamensing Lutheran Church Sunday school in Aquashicola and a member of the church council. He was a member of the Aquashicola Boy Scout Troop 46's troop committee and a member of the Red Cross sanitary detachment in Palmerton. Fraternally he was affiliated with Slatington Lodge 440, F. and A. M.; POS of A., 308, of Aquashicola, and Aquashicola Lodge 795 of the IOOF.
