Mildred L. Klunk, of Edgegrove, entered into God's eternal care, with her family by her side, March 13, 2010, in Hanover.

Born November 12, 1924, in New Chester, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Naomi (Shanebrook) Decker.

She was previously employed at Cannon Shoe Co. in New Oxford and retired from Sylvania Shoe Co. in McSherrystown.

Mildred was a member of Sacred Heart Basilica in Edgegrove.

She was the wife of 63 years to Curtis J. Klunk and in addition to him, she is survived by three children, Deborah Schnitker of New Oxford, Stephanie Klunk of Sacramento, CA, and Christopher Klunk; five sisters, Jean Myers of York, Betty Kline and Elsie Kepner, both of New Oxford, Mary Hufnagel of Hanover and Shirley Kulynych of Thomasville; and one brother, Charles 'Bud' Decker of Hanover.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Decker; and three sisters, Blanche Beamer, Ruth Hiekes, and Florence Lawrence.

Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Edgegrove.
