FRANK E. SOEDER, 61, of 2021 W. Burnett, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony Hospital. He was a plumber for the R. L. Sheckler Plumbing Co., where he retired in 1964. He was a member of Plumbers Local 107 and a member of the union's examining board for 17 years. He also was a member of St. George Catholic Church. He is survived by his widow, the former Emma Hoffmann; four sons, Frank A., William P., Robert E. and Edward C.; two daughters, Mrs. Billy L. Howard and Miss Dorothy A. Soeder and five grandchildren. The body will be at Ratterman's, 2114 W. Market, after 2 p.m. Wednesday. Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at St. George's Catholic Church, 18th and Standard, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.
