WILLIAM PAUL "BILL" SOEDER, 74, of Louisville, went home to God peacefully Tuesday, June 21, 2016, with family at his side. He fought a courageous battle with cancer. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Emma Soeder; his brothers, Frank and Edward Soeder; and his sister, Dorothy Chinn. He is survived by his sister, Mary Catherine Howard; brother, Robert "Bob" Soeder (Patricia); sister-in-law, Therese Soeder; and many nieces and nephews. Bill donated his body to the U of L School of Medicine. A memorial Mass will be at St. Paul's Catholic Church on Saturday, July 16 at 4 p.m.

*His cremains were buried, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at River Valley Cemetery, Cane Run Road. U of L has a section for the cremains of the donated bodies. As you go in, it is on the left. Vault on level 2; Row B; Space # 2.
