MARGUERITE A. HOBBY MANIRE of Mabelvale, formerly of North Little Rock, a very special lady known either as mom, grandma, sister or "aunt Maggie," lost her battle with cancer at home June 2, 2004. She fought many months with the same determination and lifted spirit that she lived each day of her life. Although this world has lost "a little light," there has been a great homecoming in heaven with those who preceded her in death, her spouse, Robert R. Manire; her mother and father; and two brothers, Roy V. Hobby and Marvin H. Hobby.
   She is survived by her loved ones, a son Raymond H. (Terrie) Manire; a daughter, Karen M. (David) Cherry; a sister, Elizabeth H. Atwood; two brothers, E. H. Hobby (Wilda) Hobby and R.B. (Selma) Hobby; three sisters-in-law, Lucille hobby, Wanda Holbrook, and Rose Brown; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
   A celebration of her life will be Saturday June, 5, 2004, at 11 a.m., at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home 7724 Landers Road North Little Rock, Ark. 72117 (501)-835-3515, with Rev. Miles Cook officiating. Internment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.
