Mrs. Julia Viola Allen, 21, died in Corpus Christi Thursday. Survivors are her husband, A. A. Allen; son, Alva Jean; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Simons, Sr., of Spicewood Springs; three sisters. Mrs. Annie Crawford, Mrs. Lillie Cooper of Austin and Mrs. Rosa Nell Cantrell of Round Rock; three brothers, Edward, Vernon and Harvey Simons, all of Austin.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Oak Grove church with the Rev. Frank Parten officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove cemetery. Pallbearers will be A. R. Woodall, Otto Farrell, Leon Carpenter, Jim Harp, Kale Williamson and Will Friar.
