TOWN CREEK -- The funeral for Haskell W. Crisler, 67, Town Creek, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Town Creek First Baptist Church with Edwin Marston officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home, Moulton, officiating.

The body will be at the church one hour before the service.

He died Thursday, Dec. 31, 1987 at his residence.

He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 760, a member of the Town Creek First Baptist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge 361, the Scottish Rites and the Cahaba Temple and a World War II veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Gladys Crisler, Town Creek; sons, Clifton W. Crisler, Alexander City, Carl Crisler, Trinity, Joe Crisler, Whitney, Texas, Chris Crisler, Gadsden; stepmother, Maggie Crisler, Town Creek; brothers, Fred Crisler, Memphis, Tenn., Clifton Crisler, Sherman Crisler, Greer Crisler, Ussery Crisler, Billy Crisler, all of Town Creek; sisters, Clemontine Smith, Russellville, Flossie Faye Gibson, Decatur, Marjorie Dale Brackin, Brownsbobo, Betty Huddleston, Mount Juliet, Tenn., Patricia Cleveland, Langtown; stepsisters, Hazel Grey, Sheffield; Thelma Montgomery, Tuscumbia, Betty Lou Cross, Town Creek; 11 grandchildren.
