Dorothy Grace Thrasher
Services for Mrs. Dorothy Grace "Mutt" Thrasher, 82, of Ethel were held Friday at 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Mrs. Thrasher, widow of Charlie D. Thrasher, was a lifelong resident of Attala County and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Blaine and Judy Thompson of Ethel; two sons, Edward "Dobbin" Thrasher and Larry Bruce Thrasher of Ethel; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a sister, Louise Kimbrell of Baton Rouge, La.
Serving as pallbearers were Charles Thrasher, Jamie Thompson, Allen Blaine, Samuel Thrasher, Matt Steed, and James Kenneth Mangrum.
Honorary pallbearers were Emmett Wade Berry, Jimmy Edwards, Carlton Blanchard and Chet Ferguson.
