She left behind: a husband, Albert Penny. four children. Their names are: Mary Lou Penny, Albert Franklin Penny, Ruby lee Penny Spencer, and Gladys Ann Penny Johnson. She left behind, her wonderful sweet mother, Etta Lou Frost Bingle, her dad, Frank McKinley Bingle, Two brothers: Roy Edward and Elgie lee and a sister Maggie Mae Bingle Gandy Jr. A lot of aunts and uncles and cousins. She will be really missed. Even if she was twenty, she was hoping to have a lot more time to tell the people in the hospital where she died, how to be brave and strong; no matter how bad you may feel. She helped a lot of people who went before her; not to be afraid. She made it a wonderful place to go . You would have had to been there to see the pain she must have felt but made it seem like nothing. She died with a smile on her face and said she was ready to go.
The old hospital in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, has a plaque of the wonderful things she did and said while staying there for two months. Will always remember the good things we did while you were here with us.
