Graveside services will be at 3:00 p. m. Tuesday, July 24th at Coopers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Curry- Welborn Funeral Home. Bro. Tommy Oglesby will officiate.
Mr. Bingle was born April 21, 1931 in Arkansas. He is survived by his daughters: Sharon Hamlin of Mount Pleasant, Texas. Shirley Clark and Betty Farrell, both of Longview, Texas. One brother: Roy Edward Bingle of Bossier City, louisiana and one sister Maggie Mae Gandy of Princeton, Louisiana. Eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Bingle and his son, Billy Gene Bingle.
He also is preceded in death by his sister Sadie Lou Bingle Penny, 1951, Dad Frank McKinley Bingle, 1982, his mother Etta Lou Frost Bingle, 1963. and a lot of other siblings and kin. Elgie Lee Bingle's real name is Oscar Elgie Lee Bingle. Just found out today July 18, 2017. I have always known him as Elgie Lee Bingle my uncle, my mother's brother.
