This is my little brother. Charles Edward Penny born 2/10/1949 and died 4/10/1949. The good Lord let me meet him for just a little while and took him back up to Him. He was needed more in Heaven and is helping to get us a place to be with him. He was born in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana to Sadie Lou Bingle Penny and Albert Penny. He died in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was small enough to place in a shoebox. He left behind his family who loves and misses him very much. At the time he was born I was just 2 years old. He left his mother, Sadie lou Penny and father, Albert Penny, his two sisters, Ruby Lee Penny and Mary lou Penny, and his only brother, Albert Penny. He preceded his sister, Peggy Ann Penny (1948- 1948) in death. They will have a great reunion together. He also had another sister after him her name was Gladys Ann Penny born 22 Feb 1950. He never got to meet her but now they to can be together until we get there to be with each other for all Eternity.
