Jesse Fordyce, aged 63, former resident of the Rogersville section, died in his home at Carrick at 9:30 o'clock Sunday morning, April 3. He was born near Rogersville and lived there nearly all his life.
He leaves two daughters, Mrs. William DeNormandie, of Washington; Mrs. Martin Henthorn, of Wellsville, Ohio, and three brothers and three sisters, William, of Rogersville; A. G., of Claysville; Garfield, of New Salem; Mrs. William Moore, of Holbrook; Mrs. Ella Orndoff, of Waynesburg R. D. 7, and Mrs. John Kiger, of Elm Grove, W. Va.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 o'clock in the Rogersville Christian church in charge of Rev. Larue Brown. Interment will be in Rosemont cemetery.
