Former Milam County Woman Buried Temple

Mrs. E. T. (Daisy) Colbert, 66, died in a Temple hospital Sunday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock.
She was born in Milam County January 3, 1884 and had lived in Bell County most of her life. for the past 25 years she had made her home in Temple. She was formerly Miss Nancy Cornelia Bryant and was married to Eugene T. Colbert May 26, 1911. He died July 5, 1943. She was a member of the Christian Church.
Mrs. Colbert is survived by five brothers, H. H. Bryant of Beaumont, H. D. and R. G. Bryant of Lorenzo, E. P. Bryant of Lamesa; three sisters, Mrs. J. H. Starling of Temple and Mrs. C. H. Slone and Mrs. Charley Lively, both of Cameron. She was preceded in death by one son, Burma Colbert.
Funeral Services were held at the Hewett Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Max R. Crumley officiated and burial in Hillcrest Cemetery.
