She was a caregiver and a member of First Christian Church in Rosiclare.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Louise Urtuzuastezui of Yuma, and Jessie Jean Towns of Vienna; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Dessie Bryant of Racine, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Goins; father, Loy Shockley; mother and stepfather, Ella and Harry Parkinson; three brothers; three half-brothers; and a half-sister.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Aly Funeral Home in Golconda, with Vernon Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Stone Church Cemetery near Rosiclare.
