Clint is my cousin.
Clinton Lee Howe was born Wednesday, November 3, 1920 in Murray, Utah to Harry Esmond Howe and Minnie May Fullmer Howe.

As a younger man, Clint enjoyed many years assisting his father and brothers in running the Howe Dairy Farm. He attended both Granite High School and the University of Utah.

He married Melba Lillian Wallin on April 4, 1942; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He served as past president of both the Forrest Hills Lions Club and Western Boys Baseball Association.

Throughout his life, he served in many positions in the LDS Church. For thirty-two years, he enjoyed his affiliation with Wasatch Meat Company. His family was always his first and greatest joy. He will be missed and always loved.

Clint passed away on Monday, May 11, 1992 with his wife, Melba, beside him, as she had been throughout his life. He resided at 1971 East Millbrook Road (3545 South) in East Millcreek, Utah at the time of his death.

He was survived by his wife, Melba; three sons and two daughters, David W., Southlake, Texas; Douglas L., Pomona, California; Rodger D., Grand Rapids, Michigan; Kathleen Howe Stott and Julie Howe Dean, both of Salt Lake City; thirteen grandchildren; his brothers, John O., St. George; Dr. Rulon F., Ogden. Preceded in death by his parents, one sister, four brothers and one grandchild.

Funeral Services were held on Friday, May 15, 1992 at 12:00 p.m. in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel located at 3401 South Highland Drive (1495 East) in East Millcreek. A viewing was held on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:45-11:45 a.m.
Clint was laid to rest following the conclusion of the Funeral Services at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
