Funeral services for Lillian Means Herbert, 88, of Bird Springs Road, Hartselle, were conducted Saturday, October 31, at 11:00 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home in Decatur with the Rev. Sammy Evans officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery with Shelton Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Herbert died Thursday, October 29, at her residence. She was a Baptist and a Morgan County, native.
She is survived by four sons, Tommy Herbert, Jack Herbert and Chuck Herbert, all of Hartselle, and Bobby Herbert of Decatur; three daughters, Frances O'Brien and Anne Williams, both of Hartselle, and Willie Cash of Ellsinore, Mo.; one sister, Ruby Wallace of Hartselle; 17 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons were pallbearers.
