Survivors: Wife of 37 years, Evelyn Amerson; children, Gene Amerson and wife, Sunthorn "Thon," Connie Fagan and husband, Steve, Rick Paparelli and wife, Brenda; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Laverne and Erdeane; brothers, J.C., Coy Gene and Bobby; and other relatives and friends.
