Lilley 'Emmaline' Blackburn was the daughter of John C. Blackburn and Sarah 'Sallie' Ann [Crabtree] Inman Blackburn. John Blackburn's grave site in Yell County is not known, but Sallie is laid to rest as Sallie Massie in the Havana Cemetery.

Lilley Emmaline's siblings were Alice J. and Susin Tennessee Blackburn.

Emmaline married James 'Jim' C. Williams on August 30, 1886 in Yell County, Arkansas. They had one son, Lelon Isam 'Dick' Williams, Sr., who was born June 11, 1893 in Yell County.

After Jim Williams' death, Emmaline married Hardin Wesley 'Pete' George on October 2, 1896. Emmaline was his third wife and they were married when he was fifty-one years of age and she was twenty-four. There were no children born of this marriage. After Pete George's death, Emmaline lived in a house on Railroad Avenue in Havana until her death.

Ruby [Grist] Inman told us in 2006 that ‘Aunt Em' loved to tell stories and jokes. The children were fascinated by her stories and would gather around her whenever possible. Ruby said Aunt Em enjoyed visiting with people and was a great one to have fun.
