Ronald Dean McBrien age 73 passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Ronald was born July 7, 1936 to Tom McBrien and Esther (Harlin) McBrien in Welch, Oklahoma. He graduated from Welch High School. He married Marlene Anne Fuller in Edna, Kansas on June 14, 1954. Ronald worked for Tulsa University for sixteen years and more recently for Sodexho as a supervisor before he retired. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents: Tom and Esther Smith. He is survived by his wife: Marlene McBrien of Glenpool; his two daughters: Kathy Miller of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Jeanie Williams of Dallas, Texas; his grandson: Josh Honeycutt of Glenpool and his granddaughter: Brandy Williams of Dallas, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Bixby Cemetery, Bixby, Oklahoma. Reverend Gary Volz will officiate.
