Much of his family was buried at Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery, in Miami, Ottawa County, Oklahoma (New Northwest, Blk 8, Lot 0, Row 1, Grave 25). He was cremated, and his ashes were spread in multiple locations, including at that cemetery. A prior contributor listed him as being buried there, while I know that is not true. It is possible he owned a burial plot there -- but he was cremated, not buried at a graveyard.
