Mrs. Katherine G. Kilmer
Mrs. Katherine (Gately) Kilmer, widow of Charles H. Kilmer, died this morning at the Hillcrest Hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Kilmer was born in Lee, daughter of Michael and Ann (Gately). Kilmer. For 36 years she lived in Lenox before moving to Pittsfield in 1913. Mrs. Kilmer attended St. Charles Church and was a member of the Rosary Society. Mr. Kilmer, for many years, was a building contractor in Lenox. The survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Leigh F. Blainey and two sons, Charles H. Kilmer and Raymond L. Kilmer, all of this city; also, two sisters, Mrs. Neillie Williams of Lee and Mrs. Rose Mahoney of Pawtucket, R.I., and one brother, John Gately of Norwood, N.Y., and 10 grandchildren. The funeral arrangements are incomplete. Meehan Brothers, funeral directors, are in charge.
