William Parker Nabers is the son of William McCager Nabers (1846-1913) and Harriet Millicen Elrod (1848-1949). He married Luther Cordelia Strain (1878-1971) on 11 April 1897 in Gordon County, Georgia. Together they have four children:
1. Jewel Rowena Nabers (1898-1974)
2. Maurice Luther Nabers, Sr. (1899-1988)
3. Nellie Behn Doris Clyde Nabers (1902-1999)
4. Joe Parker Nabers (1904-1981)

Blue Springs
Mr. Ned Nabors died at Milledgeville last Thursday night and was brought to this place for interment which occurred Saturday at noon. A large crowd attended the funeral service which was conducted by Rev. Mr. Bridges. We extend our deepest sympathy to the bereaved family.
