Funeral Services for Clyde L. HOOPER, 86, who died March 31, were held April 03 at the Boxwell Brothers Chapel with Rev. Tracy L. Wilson officiating. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Brothers.
HOOPER was born February 19, 1900 in Donley County, Texas. He moved to Ochiltree County in 1903 where he lived most of his life. He has been living in Dumas the past few years but moved back to Perryton in July, 1985.
HOOPER was a retired farmer. He was a Baptist and long-time Mason.
Survivors include: one son, Howard of Dumas; one step-son, Leon WIXSOM of Los Animas, Colorado; two sisters, Alberta BALDWIN of Franklin, Louisiana and Retha NIES of Perryton; and four grandchildren.
