Retha A. NIES, 84, of Perryton, died June 7, 1997.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 9, at First Christian Church with Rev. Roy King officiating. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.
She was born October 26, 1912 in Ochiltree County, and was a lifetime resident. She married Fred B. NIES on March 12, 1938 in Borger.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Fred, of the home; one son, Fred B. NIES II of Austin; one daughter, Sharon K. O'NEIL of Little Rock, Arkansas; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
