MATTINGLY, HAZEL MAE, 74, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Meadows South Nursing Home. She was the former Hazel M. Cecil. She worked in production for the American Tobacco Co. for 17 years and the old H. J. Schierich Co. She was a cafeteria worker and was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She is survived by her husband, Joseph R. Mattingly; sons, Donald (Kimberly) and Lee Mattingly; sisters, Frances Elder, Ruth Mattingly, Margaret Blandford, Barbara Drury; grandchildren, Tabetha, Christopher, Angelina, Joey, Greg and Ashley; and two great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at her church, 7335 Southside Dr., with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Friday at J. E. Ratterman and Son, 7330 Southside Dr.
