Eva D. Spaur Of New Castle, age 92, died on Sunday January 16, 2000 at home.
Mrs. Spaur was employed by the George Read Middle School for 14 years retiring in 1973 as a custodian. Her husband, James A. Spaur died June 11, 1984.
Survived by her daughters, Helen M. Clifton, Wilma I. Sage, Phyllis L. Shaw, Dorothy Y. Wood, Norma G. Harrison & Emma J. Wilson; brothers, Russell H. Barnett & Walter H. Barnett; sisters, Nellie Cottrill & Eula Cottrill; many grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
Services will be Friday January 21, 2000 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle. Burial will be in the adjoining Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family Thursday evening 7-9 p.m. at the GEBHART FUNERAL HOME, 531 Delaware Street, Olde New Castle.
