HARTSELLE - Funeral for Mrs. Georgia Segars, 72, Rt. 2, Danville, will he today at 2 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Church, Rev. Marcus Long, Rev. C. G. Reddings and Rev. G. T. Hancock officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery, Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Segars died at her residence at 10:10 a.m. June 20.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Vilene Harris, Mrs. J. D. Garnett, Mrs. Ruby Kelso and Mrs. Alton Blankenship, all of Rt. 2, Danville; three sons, T. G. Segars, Gurney Segars and Ralph Segars, all of Danville; two brothers, L. F. Hensley, Rt. 1, Trinity and Dennis Hensley, Rt. 3, Danville; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Wilbur Blankenship, Clyde Blankenship, Virgil McDonald, Frederic Templeton, James Kyle Lindsey, J. D. Puckett.

Georgia Elvie Hensley Segars was born Saturday, June 28, 1890 in Lawrence County, Alabama, to George W. Hayden Hensley and Lillie Sterling Hensley.
She married Wheeler Segars, a son of Will Segars and Fannie Hicks Segars on Wednesday, February 3, 1909 in Lawrence County, Alabama.
The children of Georgia and Wheeler Segars are Annie Vilene Harris, Essie Dae Garnett, Creasie Quillar Kelsoe, Mabel Vera Blankenship, Harold Lloyd Segars, Leldon Segars, T. G. Segars, Gurney Segars and Louie Ralph Segars.
