MRS. GEORGE SWALLEY
Mrs. George Swalley, 69, died at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at her home after a one-year illness.

Edna M. Wable was born Feb. 24, 1884 in Bedford twp, Coshocton county, a daughter of William H. and Martha Howell Wable and was first married in 1902 to L. D. Parks, who is deceased. On Nov 1, 1935 she married George W. Swalley, who survives. Mrs. Swalley was a member of the Calvery Methodist church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one son, Clay Parks, Coshocton Rt 5; one daughter, Mrs Virgil Newell, Conesville; a stepdaughter, Mrs Norman Baker, Coshocton Route 4; two brothers, Fred W. Wable, Newark; J. C. Wable, Fresno; three sisters, Mrs. Verda Norris, Newark, Mrs. Sam Shaffer and Mrs. Lester McCurdy, Coshocton; five grand children and five great grandchildren. Two sisters are deceased.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Gibson & Bontrager funeral home in charge of Rev. E. R. Haines and burial will be in the Frazeysburg Cemetery.
