One of the saddest accidents that has ever happened occurred at the home of George Briix north of town. While the parents were outside the house their little twin girls about 18 months old managed to get to the incubator which their mother had carefully penned away, removed the lamp and upset the oil on the floor around them. When their parents came in the smoke was so dense that they were at first unable to see the children. Both babies are so badly burned that if they live, which is very doubtful, will be scarred and perhaps crippled for life. Dr. McCullough has worked faithfully for their relief and the little sufferers and all are hoping for the best results. The parents and little ones have the sympathy of all.
