Funeral for Holdon F. Taylor, of Somerville 1, who died Sunday at a Hartselle hospital, will be at the New Friendship Baptist Church Tuesday at 3 p.m., the Rev. Ronald Manley and the Rev. E.P. Berry officiating, with burial in the New Friendship Cemetery, Peck Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pauline Taylor, Somerville; a daughter, Mrs. Faye Hodson, Somerville; and a grandson, Tim Hodson, Somerville; four brothers, Coleman Taylor, Decatur; Egbert Taylor, Somerville, Elan Taylor, Falkville, Emmett Taylor, Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters Mrs. Inez Crow, Somerville, Mrs. Hattie Massey, Hartselle.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Charles Taylor, Shelton Taylor, Billy Joe Crow, and Linville Massey.
Honorary pallbearers will be E. J. Paulk, Herschel Murphy, Mason Hawkins, Ed Blankenship, Thomas Johnson, Allen Landers, Wayne Landers, Troy May, and Joe Riley,
The body will remain at the funeral home until time for services.
